2. General information on data processing
As a rule, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — generally only with the user's consent or on the basis of legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of our services.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; for the EEA and Switzerland: Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich). When you visit the website, Cloudflare automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) required to provide, secure and troubleshoot the website. Cloudflare processes data on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our server. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established.
5. Audience measurement without cookies
To measure the use of our website we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This method works without cookies and without cross-site tracking; no user profiles are created and no identifiers are stored in the browser. Aggregated data such as pages visited, time on site, device type and country of origin are collected. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Contact (WhatsApp, email, phone)
If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the message) is stored and processed by us to handle your request. WhatsApp is used via the infrastructure of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group); WhatsApp's privacy policy additionally applies. Links on this website that open WhatsApp only transfer data to WhatsApp once you actively click the link. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling requests).
7. Contact form
Our contact form does not transmit any data to us or to third parties. The details you enter (name, revenue range, topic, optional message) are assembled into a message solely within your browser, which you then send yourself via WhatsApp (see section 6) or through your e-mail client to [email protected]. No cookies are set and no form data is stored. Any further processing of your enquiry is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- information about the personal data we process
- rectification of inaccurate data
- erasure of your data, unless statutory retention obligations apply
- restriction of processing
- data portability
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (in Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, FDPIC)
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Retention period
Personal data from customer enquiries and the business relationship is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We will update this privacy policy whenever changes in the legal situation or in our offering make it necessary.
